How do I get tan fast?

I know that tanning is not necessarily healthy but I really want to get tan. I'm a teenager& everybody else has a supper amazing tan! I have a beach house and basically live here in the summer but I can't seem to get tan. I go to the beach like everyday! I don't want to get a spray tan or anything...i want it to be completely natural. Any tips?

Treatments for social anxiety?

My therapist recently recommended I see my doctor about procuring a prescription for an anti depressant and something for social anxiety. I'm a teenager and had been expecting the anti depressant advice but not the social anxiety. When i hear anxiety, I automatically think benzo's but would something like valium or xanax be prescribed to a 17 year old? If not what would be an acceptable treatment? I vaguely remember some article I read about ssri's and social anxiety? Aren't ssri's used for depression also? Could i end up getting a two in one deal? Any insight? thanks.

Does multiple sclerosis cause brain ischemia?

My brother has brain ischemia detected of a CT scan, does that indicate that he may have multiple sclerosis? As after the CT scan he has had a MRI scan, but the consultant has told us that he isn't expecting anything worrying back. So that is why I am wondering if there is a link between multiple sclerosis and brain ischemia?

What is the normal weight for a girl teen? and did I do a good job of losing weight?

I'm a 15 year old teenager. I lost 6 pounds this week. :) Went from 135 (with a fat stomach...) to 129 (with thinner stomach). Did I do a bad job? Should I loose more? I'm pretty fit, I just have a little extra fat on the thighs and stomach. How much should I weigh?
