How to be happier a teenager?
get out there and run anyway. ha ha when i was reading this i felt like i was kind of reading over what i had already written if you know what im trying to say. running and exercise helps build selfasteme and helps with toning your body. i knoe how it feels to pul yourself up out of bed early in the morning DURING SUMMER VACATION just to go running and start my day. beleive me it gets easyier and easier. be that athlete you truly are you know you can do it. the funny thing is im supposed to be running right now and im on the computer haha. but im gonna start going in the morning again first thing tomorrow morning :) you just have to believe that your worth it!!! good luck and dont worry theres a lot of us out there you've just got to make it happen for yourself :)
