My dads a alcoholic who admits he is and says hes a problem but doesn't really care or do anything about it?

im a 14 year old with a alcoholic dad that maybe using marijuana as well he is also a cheater on my mom with the neighbor lady who acts like a teenager but is over 35 and flips me off a lot for no reason and makes up lies about my mom such as saying she was jealous cause my dad was jacking off at her house which is a total lie yet my dad still hangs out with them and is friendly to them my mom is very emotional and sad and very confused my dad feels bad at points but you can really notice he tries to start arguments hes confuses me a lot and isn't really supportive parent since he is the one who get $45 a hr almost 5x my moms job as a doctor transcriber which is diffcult yet he won't buy me anything like maybe a game after a month or 2 or pay so i can go to movie with my friends instead he has a ugly girlfriend that he fills up gas tank spending more then 120$ on gas a week for his girlfriend hes cheating on my mom with when shes using him for his money he my dad most likely has his dumb friends that use him for his money and trick him into buying drinks while hes so drunk he doesnt remember what he did then my money started disappearing i noticed my a couple of my $25 coin roll things were gone that i got from my grandpa on my moms side who passed away during this whole mess and i don't doubt he stole em or had a his girl friend in the house when no one was home :/ i just dont know what too do
