Most of your diet should be fruits and vegetables. These are great for your skin, hair, and nails. You also need protein and it's best to get that from lean meats like chicken, turkey or fish. Red meat has more fat. Nuts are also good for protein if you're a vegetarian. It's also important to get whole grains which can be found in cereals and breads. Getting a little bit of dairy from cheese, yogurt, or milk is a good source of calcium.
