Major lady problems! HELP?

Ok, I am a 20 year old female. I am having horrible pains and nobody knows whats wrong. I have a very, red,almost purple vagina, its very swollen,with tons of discharge,and its very itchy and very painful, i also have cuts at the bottom of my vagina. I have been to several doctors and have been tested for STDs, yeast infections, BV, vaginitis, everything and it ALWAYS come back negative.I had a biopsy done, and the results came back as early lichen sclerosis-which I don't have ANY of the symptoms. I think the doctors are just so annoyed with me that they told me that to go away. I have changed my diet to not eat unhealthy foods, no soda, I use dove soap, baby laundry soap(no smell or colors) i wear cotton underwear and no tight jeans/pants. I am in so much pain, and I'm so unhappy. I dont even want to wake up in the morning. I am looking for any sort of help. It will be much appreciated and very helpful. Thank you.
