Multiple Sclerosis Poem?

my english teacher assigned us a community service project and i did a walk to raise money for multiple sclerosis. But now I have to write a poem about my experience and what I learned and what multiple sclerosis is about...ect.) Anyways I was wondering what type of poem I should do. I want it to be powerful and emotional. Thanx for helping!
