Could I have Multiple Sclerosis?

I'm an 18 year old male, and fow a few years I've been getting tingling in my hands and feet. It seems to be worse when I'm warm and also when I take deep breaths. I haven't had any weakness or trouble balancing. Also, I have an implanted defibrilator so I cannot get an MRI of my brain. Would it be difficult for me to get a diagnosis?
