My Mom never lets me do anything? How can I talk to her about this?

For example today i was suppose to go to the rib fest today with my friend and my mom was taking us. We can't go by ourselves we are only 13. She has never been to one before. When we got there she was like we are going back home I can't walk all of this. She was in a car accident in high school and she broke her hip and got a hip replacement. So we turned around and went home. I'm mad about this because she never lets me have any fun anymore. She never lets me go to the carnival, or anything like that. What gets me even more mad is that she let my brother go with he's friend but when my friend invited me to the carnival with them she said no. Even when another friend invited me she said no. So the friends aren't the problem. So when I talked to her about this I said this will you take me to the rib fest tomorrow? she said no I don't want to go. and I said Why do you not let me have any fun anymore? and she said thats not true. And I said Yeah? You let (my brother) go to the carnival with he's friend last year! But when I wanted to go you didn't let me! She said Well he's three years older then you! (thats her excuse for everything when I talk about her being unfair with me and my brother) And I said it doesn't matter if he's 60 or 16 he's still gonna get hurt the same way! and she stopped talking and i left. I want to talk to her about this. I feel trapped in this house because she won't let me go.I feel like she's trying to keep me 6 years old when I'm a teenager! Please help me!
