What is causing my mid-back pain?

I am not a doctor and the only reason I'm writing this is because you have gone to see a doctor and had an x-ray done. That said I can suggest a home remedy. I have had four children and I used to have terrible back pains until someone suggested I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs. They said it takes the pressure off my spine. I have been doing that for over five years now and can say without hesitation that it works. You should also make sure your mattress is the very firm kind. This is also what I did.
