Had a Total Hysterectomy in Sept of '10. Ive put on 20 pounds! Cant lose weight! Im 41 years old. Help!?

I also have Multiple Sclerosis, BiPolar,and Asthma. I feel overwhelmed that the fat is over going around my hip stomach and breasts.
