Can having an eating disorder as a teen affect your future in adulthood with having kids?

I'm wondering.. if a girl has an eating disorder when she is a teenager then years later tries to have kids does that lower your chances of having a baby? I'm asking because i know if you have anorexia or bulimia there are high chances of your period to stop its cycle, so does that affect a future with having babies? Please help xoxo
