Does multiple sclerosis develope in 15 months?

I have been to a neuralogist last year and have done complete check up for MS including brain MRI. I was 100% healthy. but I am always feeling signs of MS in me. is it possible to develope this disease in 15 months? should I take another MRI? rightnow, I feel that my right hand is not in my total control and it feels weak. Can it be my imagination?
