What exercises can I do to help get rid of fat around my waist, hips and tummy?

I have Multiple Sclerosis which particularly affects my legs so a lot of exercises are difficult for me. I am not very overweight, I'm 5' 6" and weigh 9 stone. My problem is fat around my waist, hips and tummy. Can anyone suggest exercises I can do to help get rid of this without using my legs too much and they are not very strong and get tired easily. I am really depressed about the way I look as for many years, until I became ill with MS, I was always very slim. I know that I am not overweight now, I just need to redistribute the fat I have got. My arms and legs are quite skinny.
